Here’s what you’ll learn in the FREE Home Canning of Vegetables Class:
- The reasons and precautions for safe home canning processes
- Pros and cons of different models of canners
- Which foods must be pressure canned
- How to use a pressure canner safely
- Includes a demonstration of the complete canning process
The class also includes instructions for canning vegetables, meat and seafood.
Note: This class includes a $5.00 fee per person or family to cover cost of materials only. Please bring materials fee to the class.
